AUBURN - Just as we enter the bowl season for college football, Auburn loses a key man on it’s offense.

Michael Dyer is out for the Chick-fil-A bowl game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

Auburn has suspended the All-SEC running back for violating a team rule.

Dyer was one of the most consistent offensive players on the 7-5 Auburn team.

Dyer was named the offensive MVP in last season’s BCS title game, against Oregon.
