Keys for Victory:

•Build some confidence

After Kiehl Frazer’s dismal performance versus Mississippi State that included five turnovers, the most important thing for Auburn is trying to build him back up.  Auburn needs to get him some simple passes and screens early in the game and develop some rhythm.  If Frazer throws an interception early in the game, it could send him back on a downward spiral.

•Play SEC defense

Last week, the LA-Monroe offense gained over 500 yards on the Razorbacks defense, and if they do the same versus Auburn, the Tigers could be in for long day. The War Hawks have a very good quarterback—Kolton Browning—who is gutsy, confident and showed he can play under pressure. For Auburn to win this game, they have to tackle and be disciplined. They have to show they can play SEC-quality defense.

•Establish the run

When a quarterback is struggling, a good running attack is his best friend, but Auburn couldn’t get the running game going last week at Mississippi State. Auburn needs to win the trenches, create holes, and get the running game on track. Auburn also needs to get their running game going to control the clock, because the best defense is your offense.
