What we know:

•Jonathan Wallace wasn’t prefect, but looked good for a freshman in his first start. Next week’s game versus Georgia will be his big test. 
•Auburn finally got its power running game going. 
•It might have been New Mexico State, but a win is a win and Auburn badly needed a win. It will be interesting to see if they can bring a little momentum from the win into the Georgia game. 
•Up next: Auburn vs. Georgia, The Deep South Oldest Rivalry.

The offense was extremely effective rushing the ball.
•Defense: A+
The defense almost shut the Aggies out.

New Mexico State’s Andrew Manley completed 17 of his 30 passes for 222 yards.

Onterio McCalebb rushed for 113 yards on 8 carries with 2 touchdowns.

Receiving: 
Emory Blake led Auburn receivers with 78 yards on 4 receptions.
Trovon Reed reeled in a 40 yard touchdown pass.
