AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Lee County officials say two former Auburn football players posted bond in an armed robbery case and were released from jail.
Sheriff Jay Jones said Monday that Antonio Goodwin and Shaun Kitchens posted a $511,000 bond over the weekend.
Jones says Kitchens was released early Saturday and Goodwin at noon Sunday.
Former Auburn University football players Goodwin, Kitchens, Mike McNeil and Dakota Mosley have each been charged with five counts of first-degree robbery, one count of first-degree burglary and one count of third-degree theft.
They’re charged with committing an armed robbery at a trailer park in Auburn on March 11.
